My foundation has been alerted by the association NOA France of the plight of two young bears chained in a private property located within the jurisdiction of Gornji Vakuf. As you can see from the enclosed documents, these animals are kept in poor conditions that require urgent transfer in a suitable host. Association NOA Banja Luka offers to take care of these animals in order to transfer them to a sanctuary in Germany.
 
But this individual rescue must enroll in a comprehensive animal welfare. Thus it is necessary to facilitate the seizure of illegally held animals and assign them to organizations which can find a suitable placement. In this goal, we solicit your assistance in obtaining the necessary permits to transfer these bears to a shelter that can accommodate them. Solutions exist, it would be unthinkable to order euthanasia of these animals while we're working now to organize their rescue and put an end to their suffering.
 
The transport will require export licenses, and I wish very much that these documents be obtained without problems with your services. Mr. Minister, in a few days I have 75 years, then maybe you do me the gift of taking the bears out of hell to give them an happy and dignified life in a friendly environment. It's my dearest wish.

DOMAĆA VERZIJA / LOCAL VERSION

Moja fondacija je upozorena od strane udruge NOA France o stanju u kojem se nalaze dva mlada medvjeda, okovana u privatnom vlasništvu koji se nalazi u sklopu nadležnosti opštine Gornji Vakuf. Kao što možete vidjeti iz priloženog dokumenta, ove životinje se čuvaju u lošim uslovima koji zahtijevju hitan transport u odgovarajuće utočište. Udruga NOA Banja Luka nudi voditi brigu o tim životinjama kako bi ih prevezli u utočiste u Njemačkoj.
 
Ali ovaj slučaj spašavanja mora biti u  okviru sveobuhvatne brige za životinje. Stoga je neophodno, olakšati oduzimanje životinja koje se nezakonito drže te ih dodijeliti organizacijama koje mogu naći prikladan prostor. U tom cilju, trebamo vašu pomoć u dobivanju potrebnih dozvola za prijevoz tih medvjeda u utočište gdje će biti smješteni. Rješenja postoje, nezamislivo je da izvršite eutanaziju tih životinja sad, dok mi radimo na organiziranju spašavanja te da se stane u kraj njihovim patnjama. Prijevoz će zahtijevati izvozne dozvole, i želim da omogućite da se dođe do dokumenata bez problema uz Vašu pomoć.
 
Gospodine ministre, za nekoliko dana punim 75 godina, nadam se da će te mi pokloniti oslobađanje ovih medvjeda iz pakla te da im se pruži sretan i dostojanstven život u prijateljskom okruženju. To je moja najveća želja.
